Adam Jones nails another runner at the plate

Adam Jones threw out his fourth baserunner at the plate last night, registering his 11th OF assist. There are very few things in baseball as momentum-changing as throwing out a runner at home, and Adam has been terrific at that all season.

I thought a couple of Adam's early Gold Gloves were not deserved, but he sure earned it last year and I'm betting another one is on the way.

That was a terrible send. Billy Butler is so slow...

Well he's right on the top of the plate anyways. He only has to throw it 3 feet to make it to home considering how shallow he plays.

It was a wonderful throw by Jones and a thrilling play, but I do agree with this. Butler looked like a giant sack of potatoes with legs on that play.
